Good Spring to you all! I hope you are out and about enjoying the thaw and soaking up the sunshine. Summer will be here and gone before you know it.
This issue is packed with TONS of great articles. We have divided this issue into Holistic Pet Wellness and, of course, being green for Earth Day on April 22.
Pets are a huge part of our families, and we wanted to make sure you had some information and options when it comes to keeping our four legged friends happy and healthy, naturally. Dr. Linda Vognar gives us some great tips for holistic pet dental care. We delve into the world of using aromatherapy and essential oils with our pets, and even touch on how to help our animal friends with a little relaxing and healing Reiki with Stuart Johnson.
Also, Earth Day is just around the corner and we wanted to provide a guide to helping you Get Off the Grid. So we have compiled, searched and put together a local guide for you to update, remodel, or if you are starting from scratch, build “green” this summer season. There are many ways to support the environment and still get that energy efficient dream house you’ve always wanted. And our experts, and I mean experts, know more than we had space for. So, read on, and if you have any questions, please call them for more advice or consults. They are all really spectacular people and would love to help you and your home achieve energy awesomeness.
Finally, I am putting out a call to our lovely readers and asking for your help. Our May/June issue will focus on natural (and ooooooorrrrrrrganic!) gardening, lawn care and growing your own goodies. We want to hear how you do it? Send us your tips, tricks, brands, methods, and secrets to creating a garden that is not only pretty and delicious, but good for the family and the earth too.
Please send all entries to editor@asecondopinionmag.com by April 1st, and we’ll put them in the gardening issue, throw them up on our website, and post them to FB. Find us at Second Opinion Magazine. Please help us help you, and together we’ll make this the best growing season yet.
Thanks for picking us up again and until next issue, be well!
