Piyo 101

PiYo is a total-body fitness class designed with NO jumping and LOW impact moves that combines the practices of Pilates and yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility, improve balance, improve energy levels, reduce stress, and have a great time doing it. PiYo will really get your heart rate going as it features various styles in continuous movement and flow from one exercise to another. Sometimes I describe PiYo as a hyper version of yoga, but with the benefits of balance, stretching, strengthening, and relaxation.

Who is PiYo for? PiYo is for EVERYONE no matter your fitness level. We take every move and show how to modify it or advance it so it’s right for YOU! This lets you take exercise at your own pace, helping you feel better and comfortable. It is designed for people who want the mind-body benefits of a yogaor Pilates workout but with a higher-energy class.

How can PiYo help you this Holiday Season? We all know the holidays are a stressful time, so let’s take PiYo and let the stress go!
