For more than 100 years, Seibel Meats has been farming the same family land, with Adam Seibel proudly carrying on the fifth generation. Today, the Seibels raise grass-fed and finished steers on their certified organic farm. Their animals are cared for from start to finish, spending the majority of their time outdoors on pasture, with access to modern barns to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
