Barefoot! is a half-hour yoga class for kids ages 4 – 12, designed to introduce kids to yoga through fun, simple movements set to music. Lots of laughs!

This month’s Heart Yoga will be a special treat. We will explore embodying tenderness through gentle, playful partner yoga. Bring a friend or partner, or come by yourself and partner with someone else in the class. No previous yoga experience is necessary; the class will be gentle and easy. Based on the book Heart Yoga: The Sacred Marriage of Yoga and Mysticism, by Andrew Harvey and Karuna Erickson, Heart Yoga combines asana, meditation, and writings from the world’s sacred traditions. Instructor: Sandra Helpsmeet. Single $20, double $30.
