Andy and Steph Schneider dedicate their 160 acre farm to producing some of the best meat products in the region. Their bratwurst are in such high demand in our store that we have a hard time keeping them in stock!
The Schneiders, along with their two daughters, raise beef, pork and lamb (and occasionally poultry) near Eleva, WI. Their beef and lamb are 100% grassfed, receiving new fresh pasture daily and have access to raw apple cider vinegar, high quality salt and minerals. You can find their pigs roaming the pastures and woods and munching on the wild hazelnuts, apples, raspberries, blackberries, plums and cherries sprinkled throughout the farm. Steph also makes lard based soaps, lip balms and lotions with the lard from her pigs.
